Deleting from inside the app is immediate and self-service — you do not need this page. Open Fiber Optic Calc and go to:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
A three-step confirmation protects against accidental deletion. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are erased immediately and permanently.
If you have already uninstalled Fiber Optic Calc, or you cannot sign in, use the request form below. We action every request within 30 days and email you to confirm once it is done.
When your request is processed, the following are permanently erased:

Your feedback and poll submissions are anonymised rather than removed: the user ID and email address attached to them are stripped, leaving product feedback that cannot be traced to you.
We keep a single audit record confirming that a deletion took place. It stores a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address — never the address itself — so a later support enquiry can be matched without retaining anything that identifies you. It exists only to demonstrate compliance and to prevent abuse of the deletion mechanism.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. An active subscription is not automatically cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it separately in the Google Play Store to stop future charges.
